1.2. Session-Based Fees & Payments

• Per-Session Billing: Services are provided on a per-session basis. Users will be charged a specific fee for each scheduled session as displayed on the professional's profile or the booking page.

• Payment Timing: Payments must be completed in full prior to the start of the session to confirm the booking.

• Refunds & Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to our specific refund dashboard for details.
